Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Public Offer Agreement is an official offer made by the company "BITCOMP.KZ" LLP, registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller," to conclude a contract for the sale of goods and the provision of services for the maintenance and repair of computer equipment (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") with any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer."

1.2. By ordering goods or services from the Seller, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this Public Offer Agreement, as well as all rules and regulations published on the Seller's official website.

2. Products and Services

2.1. The Seller provides the Buyer with the opportunity to purchase computer components, peripherals, software, and other computer equipment (hereinafter referred to as the "Products"), as well as provides services for the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of computer equipment.

2.2. The specifications and prices of the Products, as well as the list of provided Services, are published on the Seller's official website and may be changed without prior notice. Prices are indicated in the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan - tenge.

3. Order Placement

3.1. The Buyer places an order for Products and Services through the Seller's official website or at physical retail outlets.

3.2. The order is confirmed after the submission of the application on the website or in the store. The Seller undertakes to promptly contact the Buyer to clarify the details of the order and agree on the terms.

4. Payment

4.1. The cost of Products and Services is specified on the Seller's official website and in the stores.

4.2. Payment is made in the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan - tenge.

4.3. The purchase of Products or Services can be made by the following methods:

4.3.1. Cash payment;

4.3.2. Non-cash payment;

4.3.3. Bank card payment;

4.3.4. Other methods specified on the Seller's official website.

5. Delivery

5.1. The Seller delivers Products within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the conditions specified on the official website or agreed with the Buyer.

6. Warranty and Returns

6.1. Warranty obligations for the Products are established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the conditions specified in the Seller's Warranty Certificate.

6.2. The Buyer has the right to exchange or return the Products within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the appearance and completeness of the products are preserved. Return conditions are specified on the Seller's official website.

77. Confidentiality and Data Protection

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Public Offer Agreement. Changes come into effect from the moment of their publication on the Seller's official website.

8.2. All disputes and disagreements arising between the parties will be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8.3. The current version of the Public Offer Agreement is always available on the Seller's official website.

This Public Offer Agreement comes into force from the moment of publication on the website and is valid until its amendment or revocation by the Seller.
